With over 40 years of legal experience between them, the founding members of Guardian Disability Group continue to focus their efforts on representing individuals throughout the United States who are struggling with the intricacies and complexities of the Social Security disability system.
Successfully obtaining an award of Social Security disability benefits requires so much more than simply submitting paperwork to the Social Security Administration. Guardian Disability Group focuses on a three-part approach to securing benefits for their clients.
Communication is an integral part of the very foundation upon which a successful outcome is built. Guardian Disability Group seeks to communicate clearly and confidently with its clients and strives to be a resource for answers about the status of your case as well as a source of reassurance that your voice will be heard, and you will have your opportunity for justice.
Preparation and persistence. Too often, there is an expectation of a shortcut in the process or rather a substitute for diligence and hard work. While we utilize every technological advancement to our advantage, frequently there is no alternative but to endure the grievously long wait times for a hearing in front of the Judge. Guardian Disability Group will be prepared and will not give up until your case has been heard.
Advocacy, real, experienced, legal advocacy is an element of the representation that is oftentimes sorely lacking on the client’s behalf. Guardian disability group insists that every single case is overseen by and ultimately handled in court by, an experienced attorney. Drawing on their experience with thousands of administrative hearings in nearly every state in the country, as well as civil and criminal jury trial experience, prepared and well-developed cases are argued vigorously by these attorneys to the Administrative Law Judges.
Finally, at Guardian Disability Group, they are acutely aware that the difference between success and failure can come down to the innumerable small details that come up with each case. The attorneys and their staff will work tirelessly to ensure every bit of evidence is used prosecute your claim quickly, efficiently, and successfully.
My legal career began over 20 years ago as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting criminals in all manners of offenses from petty crimes through capital homicides. Eventually reaching the position of supervising prosecution of white collar crime and elderly exploitation crimes, I relished the opportunity to obtain justice for the helpless and the defenseless in the community.
I proceeded to hone my advocacy skills through the next decade, representing individuals in numerous areas of law and an expanding list of venues.
As a partner in a large firm focused on representation of individuals, I then took over the Social Security Disability department and saw firsthand that, from coast-to-coast of our great country, the disabled were the most underrepresented and vulnerable citizens, struggling to secure the benefits that they had spent their working lives earning, only to encounter a system that was so complex, so difficult to navigate that they had little hope of securing their benefits, even when the evidence was strongly supporting their claims. I set out to put the most experienced, skilled advocates on their cases, matching and surpassing whatever the Government could do to deny their claims.
The plan was successful. Awards of disability benefits increased. The Government, when faced with strategic, organized case presentation no longer had a defenseless applicant in front of them. Claims were approved and benefits that would have otherwise been denied were approved.
Today, thousands of clients later, I am proud to say that we represent claimants in every state across this great nation. Our process for developing and preparing our client’s cases affords them the greatest chance at success in an extraordinarily difficult process.
We employ procedures that go beyond what many representatives provide to ensure that everything possible has been done to bring about a successful outcome
